The Texas Examinations for Master Teachers (TExMaT) offered by the Texas State Board for Educator Certification (SBEC) and Educational Testing Service (ETS) assesses a candidates scholastic aptitude in regards to their desired teaching subject in order for them to become master teachers in the eyes of the Texas government.
