CLT Study Guide

The Clinical Laboratory Technician (CLT) Exam offered by the National Credentialing Agency for Laboratory Personnel (NCA) qualifies successful candidates as Certified Clinical Laboratory Technicians (CLT). The NCA agreed to be absorbed into a greater organization called the ASCP, so the credential now can be obtained through the ASCP organization.

The Contact Lens Registry Examination (CLRE) offered by the National Contact Lens Examiners (NCLE) qualifies successful candidates as Certified Contact Lens Dispensers. Candidates who wish to sit for the CLRE must first meet NCLE eligibility requirements. These are very simple requirements.

The Certified Laboratory Equipment Specialist (CLES) Exam offered by the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) qualifies successful candidates as Laboratory Equipment Specialists.

CLEP Study Guide

The College Level Examination Program (CLEP) offered by the College Board lets students test out of certain college level courses, by showing they have the necessary skills to pass the subject. This test gives students college credit for any of the 33 specialized CLEP exams that monitor the student’s knowledge on the subject.

CLAST Study Guide

The College-Level Academic Skills Test (CLAST) offered by the Florida Department of Education (FDOE) measures a student’s core mathematics ability. The test was used up until 2002 to certify a teacher had the required skills and knowledge to teach in Florida public schools.

CLA/CP Study Guide

The Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) & Certified Paralegal (CP) Examination offered by the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) qualifies successful candidates as Certified Legal Assistants (CLA) or Certified Paralegal (CP) respectively.
