The Wonderlic Basic Skills Test (WBST), Wonderlic Personnel Test (WPT), Wonderlic Personnel Test-Quicktest (WPT-Q), and Wonderlic Personnel Test-Revised (WPT-R) offered by Wonderlic, Inc. each measures a candidates skills as they relate to a specific job.
The WPT is a twelve minute long exam meant to assess a job candidate’s ability to perform a role in a company with success. The test can be taken online or by paper and pencil.
The WPT-R is a short twelve minute test administered to applicants during the employment process. This test helps to identify the applicant’s cognitive thinking strengths and weaknesses. The test can be taken by paper and pencil or through a computer. Employers who use the test can gauge an applicant’s problem solving skills, ability to comprehend instructions, learn a new duty, and satisfaction within a particular role.
The WPT-Q is a quick test of an applicant’s ability to succeed in a particular role within a company. This eight minute test is administered remotely to candidates who wish to apply for a specific job.
